Do I need to be a Registered Investment Adviser to launch SPVs and Funds with Allocations?

For the fund managers that do not have an ERA or RIA, we offer an “adviser service,” which is offered through one of our affiliate entities that is a registered ERA. Our Exempt Reporting Adviser (ERA) service for a Startup SPV is a $2000 one-time fee at the inception of your SPV. Below you will see some guidelines of our pricing breakdown.
