Option 2:
- $26,000 setup cost (one time payment)
- Due upon the sooner of the below
- The fund raises 5x the setup cost or
- The fund makes its first investment
- Investments included:0
- Additional Investment: $2,000 ea.
- 506c fund: $5,000
- Term: 10 years
- Closings: Unlimited
- Raising period: 12 months
- Distributions: 1 Included
- Fund Investment period (flexible): 24 months
- Blue Sky Fees: Extra
- ERA Fees: $2,000 per investment
The setup costs are deducted pro-rata from the investors in the Fund.
